Positive Opener News: Shahzaib Hassan, hit 56 from 48, 6 fours and 2 sixes, so purely going from that statistic i think he should get a chance instead of Ahmad Shahzad, he’s be my first choice, but let’s see

Hafeez in Dazzling form: Yestrday he hit fifty and took 4-x-5-1, and today he was 79 not out and 4 overs 14 and 3 wickets, man he’s in some form, wish he performed like this when selected for paksitan .

Razzler in Prime Form: dude we’re missing this mate right here, 109 today and already a wicket in first over. Jamshed also looking very sharp

Shahzad fails to impress: poor knock, man openers are looking dodgy,

Salman Butt: Decent Knock, was looking good 31 of 20

Fawad Alam Fares Well Today: Good Inning by Fawad Alam today 70 of 36 balls not bad, also 3 wickets 1 run out. Also Afridi had a good outing

I just don’t understand how PCB operates its business. The RBS 20/20 stunt should have been done before selecting the T20 squad for the world cup. It should have given the Pakistani selectors enough time to think and learn who is what and what is who inside Pakistan. Now that they are playing this stupid cup that consists of 13 teams – (with no talent)? hmmm Pakistan doesn’t even have 13 cities.

What these pinheads should have done is to pick up the world squad on the basis of these mindles matches. After picking up the team they should have created a triangular tournament and divide the 15 players equally in 3 teams. Meaning – 5 t20 world squad players should play for each team and the rest should be the ex-cons of ICLs and other talent. This triangular tournament would have been ideal as the players would brush off their skills by playing someone respectable instead of the guli cricketers before competing in the World t20.

Rao the Riffle

Now that our boy Shoiab has gotten the warts, the only logical replacement would have been Rao the Riffle. Not the Gun, but the Australian medium pacer of 90s. Does anybody remember him? My friends and I never understood why he played so many games for Australia – when they had Flemmings, Kasper, Gillispie and co in the same era. Rifle was a medium medium pacer, medium built and was medium at every thing he did. To proof my point of being medium, he eventually became a medium rated umpire and Rao might follow him.

But the thing the captain love about these sort of personalities is their non existent tantrums. Rao can field in the third man area all day and not complain. Will take every catch and will dive to save a 4 if needed. He’s no match winner but also not a match giver. My analysis for his T 20 performance would be exactly 4-0-30-1 - no less- no more. Aside from his serial killer look, he’s not a bad inclusion to the Pakistan 11.
